Hey,
I have a 04 RX-8 and noticed the other day that sometimes when I start the car I only get 1 head light come on (this is the low beam, daytime running light, not the HID). After a bit the light comes back on... It seems like the car is regulating the power output. Is this supposed to happen or is there a problem with the light or battery?
I'm new to RX-8s, I bought the car with 38,000km on it (yeah I'm from Canada).

your DRL module needs replacing.

 

Don't mean to sound slow but what is that ?

 

Its simply the control module for the DRL (Daytime Running Lights)
