I have a '94 8 w/ 95k on it and have an oil leak. I removed the air box and battery box to get a better look. Most of the front case near the Oil Metering Pump is covered in grime/oil. The OMP is covered as well.

I suspect the OMP is the problem, but I guess the front main seal could be a possibility also.

If it's the OMP, does the entire pump need replacing, or is there normally just a seal that goes?

Will the extended 100k e warranty cover the OMP?
