Update.

SSV was decently dirty, but not caked up. It also moved by hand pretty well. Cleaned it and inside the intake where it sits. Car runs much better, and sometimes it feels like its all the way back to normal. Overall, i'd rate the car's performance at about 85% compared to what it was. My guess is that the SSV would only open partly- enough to read that it's open and not throw a CEL, but not all the way open for performance.

I'm fine with the way it is for now cause I don't drive it often. I have many plans, but they'll have to wait until I finally move into my new place.

With that, I'll conclude this thread to being the SSV. Secondary Shutter valve.
