A rotary compression test will give you 8 total numbers. You should get 3 pressures plus RPM for the front rotor and 3 pressures plus RPM for the rear rotor.
WAT? I can't even make sense of that part of your post.

my apologies .....was stressed out ok...so I washed the engine and right after staring the car it was running fine and after about maybe 5 seconds I heard a sound hard to explain like some tick or like a belt on the alternator spining when it is wet and the car started to run rough shaking and the check engine came on. I drove it home . The car starts right away just shakes on higher rpms it is very smooth once in 3rd gear. It shakes like it is not running on all coils etc. Took it to an electrician/car mechanic and he checked the coils and spark plugs are fine. He mentioned there was some residue on them. The codes that were scanned were po102 and po113. So I assumed the maf got wet. The mechanic said it is fine. He checked compression in both rotors and told me that rotor 1 read 6.8 and the second number read 2 in the other rotor . He sounded confused again I think he has no clue what he is talking about. The engine only has 10,000 km on it got it last year from mazda . As they stated it was new not refurbished . I still believe it is the maf or some electrical problem. The car shakes and lot's blue smoke coming out ..again I do not have the catalytic converted as I took it off. But the car never smoked that much blue :P

If he didn't give you 8 total numbers (see my previous post) for the compression test then he didn't do it right.
You need to get the car properly diagnosed by somebody who knows what they are doing.
