Unhappy Need urgent advise on brake, please help!

Well today, me and my buddy were doing a rotor and pad swap on my RX8. Upon pulling the calipers off we realized the slider bolts in the caliper brackets were completely siezed up. My inside pads were down to the metal and the outside pads still had 50%, so these have clearly been siezed up for a while. I have gone around everywhere and tried to find 2 brackets (front left and right) and only mazda sells just the brackets.... at $201 each. so hell no am I buying those. I have found a lot of caliper/bolt/bracket assembles on ebay but I do not know if they will fit my car. I have a 2005 6 speed. If anybody has 2 brackets they would sell me, that would be great as I am trying to do a cross country trip in a week. Otherwise, can anybody direct me to the parts I need.

I am begginf somebody chime in and help as I am at a loss. So any information will be greatly appreciated.

Will these work? It looks like it says sport supension which I believe all 6 speeds are. It says unloaded though what does that mean?

Call up Paul at Mazmart. Seriously. He will be able to get you exact calipers at a better price, and he can usually get them to you quickly. Fantastic vendor all around, and shines his best when you are in a bind (no pun intended).

Look up "loaded calipers" come with calipers, brackets all new hardware and clips needed and copper crush washers and pads included.

my caliper pistons were jammed when I did my brakes and screws were seized as well. If I were you I would put back all your old parts, take it to a brake shop and let them unjam everything, clean your calipers. They have the tools to do it. Thats what I did
