DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHERE I MIGHT GO TO FIND A NEW OR REBUILT ENGINE OR FIND A REBUILD KIT.

First, Are you out of warranty ?
Have you ever did the recall ?
Short Block means the engine itself, nothing else attach to it.
Intake, O2sensors, wire set? what wire set ?
Engine harness ? why ? Cuz the Cat melted it ? Are they even suppose to be that way ?
Cuz to me, it sound like you had a clogged cat, result in *burning hot* cat. then it starts melting other stuff.
if thats the case, you should be covered 100%, cuz Emission equipment are warranted for 80K miles I think. and anything failed because of it should be covered as well.
We need more info. and please next time try to use some ',' (commas) and '.' periods.
Oh and, talk to Mazda. Not the dealership, Call Mazda directly and tell them you believe the emission equipment failed and cause other stuff to failed. Also, no offense here but, Find an adult to call, cuz you sound like you're not old enough to do this alone.

Power!!
There is a recall for this exact issue.
Check here for details:

Like NYGPS said it sounds like your cat melted and caused your engine to fail. Should be covered under warranty. your Powertrain warranty is 6yrs 60K miles (assuming you're in the US). It's also listed on the link I posted.
If for some reason you end up stuck paying for your engine rebuild (which you should not) you can buy one from Mazmart for ~2K. They are a vendor on the forum.
Post up your location so we know where you are from.
