it broke in the usual place. welded everything up and it's as sturdy as can be. had issues starting it then realized that the clutch safety switch wasn't depressed all the way. in the mean time I have the switch taped all the way down, this is not a permanent fix I will address it later. as the car is idling right at this moment I cannot get the car in gear. any of the 7 gears actually. anyone had this problem before?

 

Chances are, the welding is not correct. The petal is probably not depressing all the way. Therefore the clutch itself is not fully disengaging.

 

Purchase a new bracket from the dealer and keep your reciept, follow the required info on page 3 in the letter bellow then send it to MNAO.
