Today in my 04 my cel light flashed and then stopped, I thought that was weird and kept going. Later on tonight (after stopping for a long period of time at home) I drove and everything was fine and then the cel light just came on and stayed on. I thought it was the gas cap so I undid it and re tightened it but the light is still on. I am going to run the codes tomorrow if I can but if anyone has any idea what happened that would be great. Also I just checked it again and the cel light was still on and the car was idling low and the lights to see were dimming and growing with the idles. Is this something I should be worried about? f

 

 

usually, flashes indicate a misfire. However, without the code, nothing is certain.
