i didnt drive my 8 for 3 weeks. i try to start it and it wont start. my battery was dead so i gave it a jump. the first time i turned the key the engine turned but didnt have enough juice to start up. the second time i turned the key i heard a CLUNK noise. i turned the key again and CLUNK! the gauges were going carzy and the locks made a weird noise. i tryed push starting the car and as soon as i let the clutch out the car just locked up as if i hit the brakes. i have a Optima Yellow Top in. its not fully charged, could that be whats wrong? there was nothing wrong with the car before and it was just sitting in my driveway. y wouldnt it work when i tryed to push start it?

 

You were probably in a gear too low to push start. Try it again in 3rd.
