Misfire code P0301

I installed a AP pulley and now I have a misfire code. When I did a search people said to reset it with pumping the brakes,....It went away but then came right back.

Do you think I could have the ring on backwards? I had to pry the old pulley off because of a little rust on the pins and the ring fell off so I couldn't tell what way it come off?

Thanks,

Eric

What happended was because of my hypertech tuner It wouldn't let me reset everything to relearn. After I went back to stock tune and reset everything it worked fine, then I was able to reinstall the hypertech.

Thanks
