Minor Problem - Easy Fix
I got back from lunch today and got my cell phone, etc., out of the drink holder and found a very small black screw in the bottom. I didn't recognize it, so I started searching. It had come out of the bottom of the arm pad that slides over the drink holder area.
The pad came right off by lifting it open to access the center consule and pushing the little lock button that is at the top/front when opened. The pad slid right off to the front.
I found two other screws loose and none of them firmly tight. I applied a little locktight to each of the screws and tightened them snuggly with a standard #1 phillips, so the problem will not come back.
I've been a car nut for most of my 53 years and have had quite a few fixer uppers in my days. Believe me, it's near impossible to get all the little special fasteners for interior stuff and a pain in the *** to have a car with loose, flapping interior parts, so it's worth the ten minutes it takes to remedy this situation before it becomes a problem.
Just FYI
