So I was driving and suddenly could hear the sound of metal dragging on asphalt (never good). I've looked under the car and it looks like one side of a clamp on the cat has let go and is dragging.

So for the gurus (since I've never been underneath before), is there anything special I need to look out for when I get under to replace the clamp? Will the clamp and bolt(s) be fairly standard or is this manufacturer-specific equipment?
