BC Reset OMP switch.

Getting random limp mode which I believe is related to OMP switch adjustment. The OMP is working, but I have a P1688 code. Can't seem to find a clear explanation with pics on how to reset the switch ?

If they want to replace it for free.........then I would go there and get it it done.....but if they are going to charge you...I would try and reset the sensor to see if it works.

You will need to be slightly mechanically inclined to do it...if you want to send me a PM and I'll help you

As for driving the car...it is in Limp Mode...so you won't be able to hurt it If you want..... add 8 oz of pre-mix to a full tank of gas to be sure
any chance this 16 year old info is still available? 😅
