I don't know what this part/accessory is called
Hey everybody, I need to replace this part that holds the front bumper to the actual car but I don't know what it's called. I'm in need of a new one but don't know how to search for it since I don't even know the name. If anybody knows what it's called, and where to get one, please let me know. Thanks

I think this is what you are looking for.
PLATE,SEAL-RAD. SHRO

It looks like it's function is to force air through the radiator.

i found out what it was. they called it a front bumper retainer... I decided to go to the mazda dealer and went to their parts department. turned out it wasn't as cheap I thought it would be. $145 not including tax (ridiculous right? just for a piece of metal)
and to E.M.S i need a new one because some idiot hit my car when I was sitting in class. Came out and noticed there was a huge dent and scratch marks on the right side of the bumper near the headlights. I guess it was a case of hit and run since I searched around and came up with nothing.. I then went home and took off the bumper and tried to push it back out from the inside but this "front bumper retainer" was smashed and bent so the bumper couldn't really fit on it. I mean it could still go on but the front of my 8 would look like crap since it's not straight anymore.
