probably just lighting but the two highlighted spots look a little odd

I confirmed it is an apex seal. I attached a magnet to a metal cable and pulled out some shards or metal from a seal it doesn't look good. Thanks for the help everyone! & don't drive through high water with a low intake.. lesson learned

Sorry something like this happened.

For future reference, if your car dies after driving through water, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CRANK IT. Get it towed, remove the spark plugs before trying.

you could try to file a claim with your insurance depending on what coverage you have
