How can I tell if I have Low Compression?

Okay guys whats up, I've been doing multiple searches but my car does not exhibit half of the symptoms of 8's with low compression. Still, after driving my car for a long time I'd say about 30min + I begin to slightly notice a lack of power, I'm not sure if its cause you get used to driving or what, its mainly noticed when I jump on it. The car also runs pretty hot, yes I know normal opp temps for the car are 203F but mines like to chill around 200-210 and if I get on it, it can easily shoot up past 219F. So far the Mods I have done on my car, Optima Red Top, Changed out the shitty battery leads, BHR ignition upgrade, better flowing air box, new starter, RB gages, and new expansion tank. Is there any way to know if I have low compression with out having to take it in to the dealer? Again the only real issue is that once warm the car kinda gets retarded, this being in stop-and-go traffic.

Thanks
