I need some advice for fixing my shift ****. It's the OEM shift **** from an 04 MT.

The plastic piece on top that shows the shift pattern is loose and vibrates under throttle. I've taken the shift **** off thinking that there may be a screw on the inside, but all I can see is the plastic threaded insert. Does anyone have any idea on how to remove this?

I suppose I can take it to the dealership as it's still under the factory warranty, but I really hate to go up there if I can fix it quick myself.
