Ok Fellows you've won the battle, I need help with my RX8. The other day I was driving to work and when I stopped at a red light my car completely died and when it did die, there was a beeping noise (about three or four beeps). After a few minutes it started right back up. Now I ALWAYS warm up my car before I drive off anywhere and I change my oil every 3000 miles like I was told to. I'm no car guru and thats why I am asking for your help. Other information about my car, its automatic (I know I know, Should've got a manual), I bought it used, it has 56K miles on it, original engine, no modifications what so ever, not sure if the spark plugs, coils, etc have ever been changed (what brand should I use when I change them). Just need overall help on how to keep up with the maintenance so it continues to run smoothly! Oh! and would it be wise to use "Lucas Fuel Treatment" for my car? Thanks!

I would start by updating and upgrading all the ignition parts.
