Why is it so damn hard to find a hazard light button to go above the radio? I even called the dealership and the guy couldn't find a part number to order me one. I have tried calling salvage yards and messages people on here to no avail. I just bought a 2004 rx8 and its missing the button and it bugs me. If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

 

Just keep checking junk yards. I can't seem to find the part on the Mazmart website but I am guessing it is part of of a cover and probably cannot be ordered alone but that is just a guess. Try contacting Paul at Mazmart and asking him if he can get one.

 

you probably need to buy the whole audio panel thing to get it new.

 

Try onlinemazdaparts.com and partsgroup.com. I looked at their websites and could not locate what you need. Maybe give them a call. Hopefully they can help you out.

Just as an FYI, a guy from the local Mazda dealership called me back and confirmed that you do in fact have to buy the entire face plate. For a total of over $600. No thanks. I've called every salvage yard around, and the guy who said he had one has no responded. Looks like I'm going to have wait it out or buy a new setup on eBay.
