Exclamation Glove Box/Compartment

Alright, so we were checking out what was behind the glove box. I squeezed in the sides, and pulled it out further. My buddy closed it back up, and he noticed it was crooked. Now the handle won't open it, and i don't want to keep pulling on it and bust it off. How would I go about taking apart the necessary dash parts to properly re-seat the glove box lid thing?

i would try getting my hand behind it from underneath to see if i can find what's stuck. Taking apart the dash isn't an easy thing

Pretty sure you need to remove the glove box in order to get the dash off anyway.

I had this happen to me yesterday. The left side closed fully and the right side is a little further down right? If you pull down on the far left side with a little pressure it should pop loose. I just had to take it off and put it on again making sure everything was lined up and it went back in properly.
