Flickering Head Light

I looked this up with search and the only result was something about a 24 hour endurance race.

One my head lights is strobing like a very slow strobe light lately. Someone said it may be due to me having 10,000W HID lights installed rather than the stock ones. Is this a common issue and if so is there a simple solution?

I have a wiring issue going on with my car currently (only owned it about 4 months) that's affecting my cruise control and ABS/Swerve Warning lights that I'm currently working on trouble shooting as detailed here:

Could this be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

Have you check all of your connections?

Yes cheapy HID bulbs will do this. Take them out. Common issue and they could damage your ballasts.

Not yet. The problem was only brought to my attention last night and it is unfortunately raining very hard right now (no garage as I live in military barracks). I'll check tomorrow provided the weather clears up enough for me to. Did you mean the connections for the bulbs themselves or something else?

Sorry I'm a car newb but I'm trying to learn... there's just crazy amounts of information to know.
