Failed emissions (high o2) after rebuild?

Hey guys,

So my rear bearing broke free 2 months ago and went on a rampage around the engine! Needless to say I had a full engine rebuild, and also changed the sparks/wires and coils.

Mot time in the uk for me, and its failed on high o2. Ill post stats below.

I've had a feeling my cat is on the way out (it smells like a decat, really strong smell) ao will it most likely be that?

Ive just taken it over the 700 mile mark so I'm now starting to rev it all the way to redline - the first time I did this, I got a misfire code. Cleared it Nd it hasn't come back some (been 2 weeks since then, with some hard driving) not sure if this means anything?

Thanks in advance

IMO you need to sort out the misfire/running issues, but at 100hc's the cat is bad, healthy Rx8 will have single digit HC's and CO will be 0.09 or less
