Exhaust Leak cant find

Exhaust Leak cant find
When I start the car cold it sounds like it has a exhaust leak. I cannot find any leaks after it warms up. Any Ideas?
I also have another brewing problem. This 8 has a automatic. The car gets driven mostly at low rpm's. Will this fowel the plugs quicker. At idle the sounds like it has a miss.
