Engine light question

ok so i have a 2005 mt just had the dealer put in a new motor ........however the engine light is on. Now for a little history, the engine light was on before i got the new motor and the code it was pulling up was p2259, i know, its a secondary air injection system circuit low but now after the motor has been installed, which i am at about 800 miles on the new motor the light flashes after about 3000rpms. I know that i have to allow the engine to break in so no redlining or anything above 4000-4500 rpms but just as a concern should i be worried about it flashing. When i am at a stand still the light does not flash and i have not noticed a change in power. After getting screwed by the dealer on my exhaust i want to make sure they dont take me for another royal screw. What i was told by the dealer is that they would have to replace all of the 3 solenoids and that would solve the problem

PLEASE HELP

do a search on the forum regarding misfires. You'll find a lot of info. Do you know if the dealer changed plugs/coils/wires?

Even though it's probably misfire, you should have the code read at autozone for free. Without the actual code, it's all guess work
