Hi everyone, I am a very very new owner and I've been trying to do as much research on the car as I can before I picked it up today from the dealership however one thing I have noticed that I haven't found any documentation on before (online or otherwise, and I tried to search this site and couldn't come up with anything) is when my key is in the ignition and I've turned the electronics on without starting the engine my battery light as well as my engine light come on solid.

I'm not sure if this is what's supposed to happen, the battery would make sense, as the motor isn't running but why would the engine light come on when running internal stuff off the battery?

When I crank her up the engine and battery lights both go off.

I'm just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or if this is normal operation.

I am driving an 05 Nordic Green A/T (Flappy paddle shifters FTW - don't judge me!).

Any feedback would be appreciated just for my peace of mind.
