Ok, so go out to my car, pull the handle, no door opens. So how the hell do I get the panel off with the DOOR closed?

 

anymore info ? is the door not unlocking or not opening ? im not sure but try opening from the inside

try unlocking the other door....double press on open /double turn at the key hole.....that will open the passenger door...then get in and open the door from inside

When you pull the door handle from outside or inside, it doesn't unlatch, so the cable from the handle is broke. I've read the threads on how to take the door panel off, but they are with the door open lol
