Dies at idle
Hi guys,
Driving 04 MT. Engine needs to be replaced, ASAP (182 000 km!). Flooded it on the one horrible -40 day (1st time in 5 years, entire ignition system was horrible).
Was getting P300. Ive changed plugs/wires(NGK)/coils (budget "Napol" brand), starter, battery, battery contacts, cleaned MAF, Reset NVRAM (20 brake pedal stomp)
Drives fine and feels better now that the ignition parts have been replaced but dies immediately at idle... Doesn't even flinch when engine speed is coming down and approaching idle (775 rpm?), plummets and dies, and get P2270 since the replacements (still getting P300).
Checked all vaccuum lines. Have driven for maybe 100 km since all the replacements and plan on going on another drive now to see if the ECU learns, wanted to post this before the drive to give some time for replies. Only need to get it to idle so I can safely drive it to the shop to pull the motor (100km drive). Can't really drive it safely because of hot start issues, if I stall I'm boned.
Tons of brilliant 8 minds on here, hoping someone comes through.

yep, get that motor compression tested before anything, don't wanna pull a motor unless its absolutely the last straw. very sensitive engines were dealing with here haha.
