Yesterday i started my car and drove out my driveway at a weird angle becuase of the snow, and i hear some plastic cracking/creaking noise. Later every bump i hit i hear this very annoying plastic rubbing/creaking noise. tried to look for the cause of it but had no luck.

I recall reading a detailed account of someone fixing a rattle like yours, but not sure it was in the rattle thread. Do some searching in the DIY section.
