Question Confused on symptoms, have searched extensively.

Okay, id like to start first with saying i have looked over the site for the past couple of days at everything i can find, and i'm not sure how to diagnose the problems i have. i don't know which category it would wind up under.

After the car is warm, in idle, when i release the clutch i can hear a faint rattle, not inside car but maybe underneath? when i push clutch in it goes away. i have looked at cat and i see no glowing after running car decently hard. I do not hear this noise at high rpms, i believe i can hear it in lower rpms up to about 4k..I redline atleast twice a day. My car also seems to sputter in low rpms, a jerkish feeling while letting go of gas. I just ordered new plugs coils and wires. they should be here in 4 days. Should i also seafoam? does this sound like plugs coils and wires will fix the problem?

Thanks in advance, and i know im sorry that there is another post about these problems, but im not sure if it could be motormounts, carbon buildup, or bad coild and plugs and wires.

Edit: I have received no CEL's. I wouldn't say it has a terribly rough idle, but a mild-moderate one.

The faint rattle sound your hearing is probably the clutch throwout bearing. It's probably not something you need to worry about.

The parts you ordered to fix the sputter in low rpms may solve the problem. Install them, well see how it is after and we can continue from there.
