Codes thrown at me after Air Pump delete

So, i recently installed a catless midpipe on my car and decided to remove my air pump since it was pretty high pitched when starting and it doesn't sound normal, anyway i made my own blockoff plate, installed it and everything went smoothly, kept the BARO sensor connector in the car aswell as the resistor. I start up the car and after a while i got

P0076 - Intake Valve Control Solenoid Circuit Low (Bank 1)
P2070 - Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve Stuck Open

So after reading a bunch of threads on here i decided to cap the tube going to the back of the Air control valve (the blue tube in the pic below), and that fixed the P2070 code (If someone could explain why that would be great, since i see alot of people running them open and free with no problems at all)

Now i assume i messed up something else as i was working on the car, because the only code i should be getting is P0410, I didn't have any codes before deleting the air pump, so i know everything else works fine, did i miss another tube or something? Any help would be great, if u have to flame me before helping, go ahead.

That's what I did. Removed the entire house
Although the secondary air pump injection is deactivated on ECU/PCM software it still
checks the resistance and if the solenoid is removed it would throw a Check Engine light.
So, I left a dodgy/ broken solenoid on that place.

I am currently having the same issue. Do you remember what exactly you did to fix it? I would appreciate any insight you can provide!
