Why would you sell a car to someone with a safety defect? It's not like taking off an aftermarket exhaust.

in case i dont feel any improvements or benefits of having it on, i ll sell it to someone
i obviously wont be selling a defectuous car.

just wondering if I can still remove it if I change my mind. since im not sure that its going to solve my clutch/gear problem...

The improvement / benefit is the piece of mind that your clutch pedal will not snap when shifting. Any other transmission issue is not going to be fixed by the bracket.

Put it on and leave it on, the clutch needs it for safety reasons

Show this article to the dealership: This should help.

Take this to the dealership and demand they fix it ASAP.
