CEL and engine roughness

CEL and engine roughness

I was leaving from the airport in my 2004 rx8 with low miles and turned out onto the road and lost power to the engine. It ran rough and the CEL came on. After a couple of minutes it started to run fine. It was struggling at lower RPM's. Any idea's?
