Took my car in today for it's 15000 miles check up. Yesterday the CEL came on so I pulled over and checked all the fluids and everything is fine. I drop it off this morning at Werner Mazda and tell them about the CEL and they say they will check it out while they are doing the state inspection and the service which I had booked last week. I now have a rental car until tomorrow atleast. Looks like I will be getting another new gas cap and the fuel filler neck which are being fed ex'd over night. It's an 07 that I've had for 6 months. Hope this isn't one of those perpetual problems.

 

If you say everything is fine, then it shouldn't be what the recall was supposed to fix. Unless you're feeling a loss of power and all of the other ill effects.
