I got check engine light on so I went to Autozone to see what code it is.

P0138

*Faulty O2 sensor
*Short to battery voltage in O2 sensor signal circuit

Before I get new O2 sensor I want to know what the short voltage thing and how would I fix that. Also car recently (week ago) passed emission test and It started snowing (heavily) so under car (exhaust or whatever) might be wet or scraping the snow... I also (because of the snow) skid off road and went over the curb but exhaust seemed unmoved. Do you think O2 sensor might be lose or something?

Have you actually looked under your car since going off road? That would be where I would start. You should be able to see the o2 sensor or perhaps lack of one on the cat by looking under the car.
