Hey guys I blew out my CAT on my S1 and would like to know if I can swap in a S2 CAT?

I don't see why not. I took my s2 cat off and replaced it with a midpipe that was made for an s1 and everything fit just fine. I don't even know how different they really are they might even be the same unit. Looking at pictures of an s1 cat and then looking at mine they appear to be the same.
