Car won't start in an underground parking lot
First off it won't start.
Pull one of the spark plugs out. and look at it. If it's all wet,, then your engine is flooded.
Please if YOU do this be careful to NOT break the spark plug or cross thread it putting it back in.
They can be reached through the left front wheel well opening.
If you take them out please mark the plug wires so you do not re-install them incorrectly.
You can put an inductance timing gun on one of your plug wires or pull out one of your plugs, attach the plug back on to your plug wire, try and start the car and see if there is a spark coming from the plug or not. If so you have spark.
Pull the car out of the garage and take it to a dealer. If you don't have the mechanical aptitude to do these simple steps then get someone who does.
I'm sorry but your going no where with this whole issue.
I would love to see you back on the road in the shortest amount of time, and I think you would too.

If the car is flooded you can take steps to 'deflood'. There are a number of relatively easy ways to do this highlighted in this thread:

But really if you're warrantied I wouldn't screw around with it and just have your dealership take care of you. With your tow hooks they should be able to get the car out of the garage without a problem. Those are not meant to be used for long tows so once it is out they should put it on a flatbed truck to take the rest of the way.
Not really sure why they can't get it on a flatbed to begin with. Unless it's a hobbit hole instead of a car garage.
