Car will not start

My trouble started the other day when my check engine light started blinking and I had loss of power, I knew from some research I did that it was miss firing. The next time I started my car it ran for about 30 seconds and died. I then proceeded to replace the spark pugs, spark plug wires and ignition coils. After that my car still won't start, so I think that it might be flooded but I have tried several different methods that I found on the forums and after about 2 days of it i'm starting to get a little frustrated. I've only been able to get it to run for a few seconds before it dies again! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

did you disconnect the battery at all?
Check/ clean your MAF sensor and Eccentric Shaft Position sensor. Make sure you follow the e-shaft reset procedure. I'll post links in a minute...

edit: MAF cleaning

ESS cleaning

After cleaning the maf and the ess, I finally got my car to start, but my check engine light is still on.

I just took it out for a spin to make sure everything was working and the check engine light started blinking and it died, now it won't start again.
