I have owned my 8 for 3 years, have never flooded it. Not sure if this is what has happened, but I moved my car at work today (as some jackass parked in his old ford pick-up too close) - just moved into the spot ahead of it and let it run for maybe 20 seconds. Its damp out .. came back to it 5 hrs later - it started fine and after a cpl secs it revved up and down about 3 times -by itself and quit. It would not start after. No smell of gas, its turning but not catching ... any ideas??
