Car not run right after engine rebuild

Hi all. would like some help please. My mate and i rebuild my engine after fitting it back in it will not run right i.e revs going up and down then cutting out and a flat spot have check for leak can't see any. so need help.Many thanks.

Thank you But what is the e-shaft ? and where can i find that out how to reset it and wiring diagram to check the fuel injector wiring is wright ?

How did you manage to rebuild the engine? Or even get it out of the car and back in again?

E-shaft= eccentric shaft.
The reset procedure can be found in the workshop manual.
