i got a problem with my 2005 AT rx8 i was driveing around town today allsuden my car lost lot power and wont rev higher then2500 about 30sec later my car stop working at all and i try to turn on my car again after 40mins or so but it doesn't start up

any one got any idea whats the problem is

The 2500 limit sounds like some kind of "limp" mode, but I can't say why it would only last 30 minutes. Was it acting strange before? Any mods?

 

i got hks airfilter and i think it probley the airflow meter fucken out and that is why i coulden rev no more then 2500rpm then i probley flooded the car by trying to start it tomorow i mite try to take the battary off and clean the airflow meter and if that dont work i will tow it to mazda

 

Airfilter? u mean the intake kit ?

if I were you I think I will remove it before I tow it to Mazda, just in case they want to blame your intake for all the commotions.
