update, after reading through other owners posts about how their car died suddenly i decided to additional gas in the car. after that the car started up fine after a few cranks drove it around my housing complex a bit before taking it to the gas station and filling her up. i guess i wont let it get to 1/4 gas in the tank anymore as some have stated they keep it above 1/2. still going to change out the plugs/coils/wires and probably the fuel tank just to a little more peace of mind.
