car accident, need answers

Got hit on the drivers side. Now when i turn the steering wheel only one the right side wheel turns. The drivers side wheel doesnt move at all.

What is wrong and how much to fix it???

The rim has scrathces on it thats the only thing i see
i just want to know what it could be??

Steering tie rod end almost for sure. But if it broke several other things could have been tweaked.

The steering rod ends are about $60.00 so if you just broke that without damaging anything else then your okay. But if your screwed up the rack itself, it's like $1,000.00 because its electric. This is for parts.

If you broke a tie rod I think it would be safest to replace all the ball joints, the control arms, and wheel bearings on that side. That big of an impact certainly broke something else as well. Chances are the wheel is also bent. I think $1k is the minimum. That's a serious hit. You will need a full alignment after all the work.

broke tie rods and something else got split in half. it ended up costing 527 to fix. and a rack from mazda is 1400 dollars
