brakes squeaks went braking slowly

brakes squeaks went braking slowly
is there any lubes or something to stop the squeaking. juast took care to for a tire rotation and all my brake pads and disc where good. 
also any one having problem with shield behind the brake disc. like if is loose make ratling noise.
