Blinking right headlight

Not sure what the issue is, anyone heard of this before??? it is the right headlight. 2004AT

If it has HID headlights (Touring or GT model) then it is likely a bad ballast. Have you installed different bulbs recently? Cheapy HID bulbs can cause that issue as well. And of course the obvious stuff like a loose connector or a cut wire, etc.
