At first i had it all the way to the right when car was off. Then i turned all way to left and car still does the same thing.

When pass 60% throttle car loses power and CEL light is on. First code was p2004.

So should i center it when the car is off?

 

I have the APV motor off my car. I can't turn the gear by hand. How would I service this valve without taking the intake manifold off? When you put the motor back on is the gear all the way to the left or right?
