Another motor yet again... I need advice tho pls

Hey guys, I have a question would Mazda ever deny a engine replacement under warranty if the Apex seals blew because of a throttle body actuator?

Here's a short version of why I'm asking - on last Sunday aug 15/2010 I was cruising around going about 50 km and I heard a pop sound and a metal piece shoot out the exhaust, the cars idle went bonkers and the CEL light engine flashed three times until it stalled and completely died. I knew automatically it was my apex seal since this has happen to me already 2 years ago, and if anyones wondering I do in fact keep up with regular maintance alot. Anyways I towed it to Mazda and the the diagnostic report showed in fact that the apex seals were broken, but because I had trouble with my idle one time I dropped my car off 2 months before this happen and I had a small leak P0455 cel come on Mazda said I needed a née throttle body actuator. But before I bought a new one I got snorer mechanic to check it out and it was properly cleaned and I never had a problem again avoiding buying a new one. But since my apex seals are broken I need a new motor but I'm curious can Mazda deny my coverage for warranty if this part wasn't changed? Thanks for your time I hope someones got a answer to this?

Sorry about the spell checks but I'm posting this thread from my mobile. And one more than shouldn't a throttle body actuator be covered under warranty as well?

I think that you took reasonable action in having the throttle body actuator cleaned by a competent mechanic when advised by Mazda and providing receipt for same (if requested) should be adequate to ensure engine core warranty coverage,
