airbox screen issue

Hello,

i was changing my air-filter today and checking over the tubing/wiping it down to make sure its clean and i noticed one of the screens that is used to control airflow before the MAF is broken and the screen is starting to come loose.

If anyone owns a screen door and you get a windy day and the wind starts to pull it from the seam, its like that. I should've taken a picture.

My concern is over time it coming free, or piece of it ripping off and getting sucked into the throttle body and engine.

Just curious if anyone knows where you can get these, i haven't called mazda yet due to the long weekend here in Canada. Or can i just take it out? i still have the first one in the airbox.
