Acv removal issue

Acv removal issue
Need to remove ACV got the front bolt out but I can not get the rear bolt out tried every combo of benders and ratchets and wrenches. But can't seem to find anything to fit any suggestions. Do I need to remove UIM to get this bolt out? I have watched a few videos and in all of those they are able to remove ACV with UIM still on.

Removed UIM opened up plenty of room to but socket w/ ratchet on rear ACV bolt came right out yay
