I have an 04 and I've had this problem since I bought the car about a year ago. The good news it DOES blow cold air as well as hot, but those are the only temps that seem to work. For example.. I can have the temp dial all the way on cold then twist it over almost all the way to the hottest setting and it will stay at same cold temp until its on the very hottest setting. Anyone know what could be wrong??

 

This is a known issue, it can be fixed by taking out your radio and re-soldering some of the connections on the circuit. There is a DIY how to fix it, search it up.
