Question 4 CEL codes, looking for help

I have an 04 and at 86k miles the crank essential seized on me, so I put another engine into it and got it running without being connected to the cat. After connecting it to the cat I found out that the cat was bad (discovered from the glowing red ring) so I replaced it. Turned out I got a new defective cat, so I hollowed out the stock one and made it a mid pipe. I also had to replace the muffler due to damages from the cat.

After everything was put back together I was going gently test it. I started it up and had it running, it idled for at least 30-45 mins, then I reved it to 3-4k RPMs. When I let off the gas it dropped so low it almost died if I didnt hit the gas again. Once I got it to idle again I tried the 3-4k again, but this time it managed to die. Here are the 4 CELs I have P0301, P0171, P0506, and P0336. I did the brake pump and cleared the P0336. Im finally at the end of my wits and knowledge and hope someone here in the community can help.

NOTE: I did all the repairs myself except the muffler which was done at Meinike because I have been in a time crunch.

p0301 front rotor misfire, P0171 System too lean ON 2 Fuel system,P0506 Idle air control system RPM lower than expected ON 2 CCM,P0336 Eccentric shaft position sensor circuit range/performance problem

well misfires happen when your spark plugs/coils/and wires are going bad, could also be a bat cat, i know you turned it into a midpipe, but something else could be stuck in there.

also i dont understand how having a bad cat can damage your muffler?

because when it started breaking up part of it dislodged into the muffler clogging it. I knew what the codes came up as, one of the things I was looking for is if someone might know as well if these together might mean something. and when I have the car started the exhaust flows normally from the looks and feel of it.

I also plan on changing the plugs tomorrow to see if that helps any

CEL codes are all listed in the tech section.

Sounds like a vacuum leak, and you need to clean the face of the shaft sensor, and reset the shaft sensor memory. All in the DIY section.

Sorry for the prolonged absence from here, been busy with work and the car. I took off and cleaned the MAF sensor, it has gotten better, it doesnt die as quickly and easy, but once I hit 4k-4.5k RPM is when it will die, Im still getting codes 171 and 506, which I know one is lean fuel and the other air control.

My next step I guess would be fuel injector, is there a way I can remove and see if it is the problem or not?

EDIT: I did change the coils and plugs, that helped with the initial start up.
